- screen recording your reading is more than welcome! in fact- i would advise you to do so! however, it is your responsibility and yours alone to ensure you record your reading. i am not responsible for sending recordings of live readings. 
- if you purchase a reading and you are not there at the time of your reading, you forfeit your purchase and do not receive a refund
- all purchases are non-refundable 
- if for some reason i am unable to get to your reading due to time or unforseen circumstances, your reading will be refunded before the following morning (that is the only reason i will refund a reading)
